SAFE DEPOSIT BOX REPORTING

Safe Deposit Boxes must be delivered no earlier than 120 days after November 1 per IC 32-34-1-27(C). The Safe Deposit Box Annual Report, however, should be filed online by November 1.
  1. If you are reporting safe deposit boxes, a separate Safe Deposit Box annual report should be filed online.
  2. Print the safekeeping report when finished.
  3. Place a copy of the Individual Safe Deposit Box Inventory sheet with the corresponding contents.
  4. If a box is drilled and contains no contents, do not include the box in your report.
NOTE: This office prefers that all the boxes on a report be delivered at one time. If you cannot deliver all the boxes at one time you must provide this office with a list of delivery dates.
